About Northline
The people at your estimate are the people in your home.
Our story
Marcus Hale started Northline in 2008 after twelve years framing houses around Orlando. He was tired of watching homeowners get one price at the estimate and another at the end, from crews they never met.
So Northline works differently. Today 28 of our own carpenters, tile setters and finish crew do the work. Every project gets one fixed written price and one project manager who runs it from start to finish.
We're still family owned, and Marcus still walks most jobs himself.
